New mum, Melissa's dream is to help make sure babies born in poverty-stricken Nairobi have access to life-saving resuscitation equipment. Big-hearted Melissa says that if she can help save just one baby's life, her dream will be fulfilled. So we're donating this month's $5,000 Sunsuper Dreams grant to Nairobi's Arrow Web Hospital to help give newborn babies a better start in life.

My dream is to help Arrow Web Hospital to provide quality, affordable, healthcare for the residents of the Nairobi slums. I want them to be able to purchase resuscitation equipment for newborn babies born with breathing difficulties.”
Having given birth myself recently, I struggle to completely understand what giving birth in the slums of Nairobi is truly like. To not have access to the same lifesaving equipment that is available to babies in my country must be devastating when it results in the death or injury of your baby.
Arrow Web Hospital is an NGO (Non Government Organisation) which provides a vital medical service to people living in poverty who would not otherwise be able to access medical treatment. For a mother giving birth to a baby with breathing difficulties and the simple equipment that could save her baby's life is not available is just tragic. If I can save one babies life with this then my dream will be fulfilled.
